You will find the instructors friendly and approachable - don't be shy to ask questions and seek advice. All instructors remember their early training and how it is to be a thirsty student.

Mostly they remember how it is to realise one's improvements and to progress a journey of quiet achievement. They will enjoy your desire to improve and take pleasure in assisting you.

The secret “being” Repetition,  Repetition, Repetition, and as the saying goes there is nothing whatsoever that is not made easier through familiarity. How many of us think about what it is that brings us back time and time again to practice as a group in harmony and great fellowship. In reality each individual is on their own journey of discovery of the mind body relationship of the form that brings about Tranquility – Harmony – Meditative Peace – Balance and above all Joy. Like all things that are worthwhile they can, and usually do, take time and dedication to achieve.

My journey has just begun in realizing the benefits of the raising of the spirits and flowing of the CHI – Energy. The thing I like most about our group activities is that it is not a contest between individuals or groups. Not a hierarchy, Not a Sport and there really is no right or wrong aspect that is all important to any degree at all. As long as we are doing the fluidity-harmony and balance will come as a natural consequence of our actions and each individual will naturally and without effort inject their own personality and physical attributes in to the form.,

Fellow studentAt a personal level being sixty five and done it hard, it would be quite impossible for me to completely convey the mind-body benefits that TAI-CHI and the supporting Shibashi and Chi Quong disciplines have contributed to my life, and therefore more importantly to my family and friends.

Taking advantage of this opportunity I would on behalf of myself and fellow students like to thank Senior Master Eng Chor and Master Chin Min for their general instruction and dedication and in particular the Instructor training programme which is always beneficial and informative.

Your fellow student
