Margaret (Margie) Brett is a Senior Instructor at the Moonee Ponds Centre and also trains regularly with Senior Master Chin Min.  Margie commenced Tai Chi with the Celestial Tai Chi College in 1996, initially learning from Executive Senior Instructor Bob Maver and later training with Grand Master Eng Chor and Senior Master Chin Min.

In addition to running the Moonee Ponds class, Margie has run Tai Chi workshops and classes within the local Community, Health, Government, not-for profit and Corporate sectors. She has also taught Tai Chi to primary and secondary schools students and teachers and has co-ordinated the College involvement in various events including Tai Chi demonstrations at the annual Moonee Valley Festival and also performing in the 2009 Moomba Parade. Margie is available to hold Tai Chi sessions, workshops and classes for your organisation.

Margie enjoys travelling and has practised Tai Chi in such diverse locations as the Lake Eyre salt plains to Safari Game Parks in Sth Africa. She has travelled to China with Grand Master Eng Chor on 2 occasions and during these trips has enjoyed the opportunity to train and be coached by experienced Chinese Grand Masters. The highlights, however, are always experiencing the early morning Tai Chi sessions in the parks with the locals.
