Instructors Judy Grant and Gil Berry, Assistant Instructor Suzette Hosken, Trainee Instructors Terry Barrile, Cecilia Cheung, Linda Samson and helper Janet Pulis are enthusiastic and committed to the principles and philosophy of Tai Chi and personally aware of the health benefits regular practice can bring. They are keen to share their skills endeavouring to provide a positive learning environment mindful of the individual needs and learning styles of their students.

The Centre offers Yang style Tai Chi (levels one to six), Bejing 24, Fan, Flute, Classic Sword, and Broadsword.  Qi Gong routines are also offered (Lohan and Shabashi 1 and 2).  During the January holidays each Friday morning, free classes are held the Alistair Knox Park where prospective students are welcome to "have a go".

The venue is easy to find, with plenty of parking opposite, in the Eltham Hotel car park. It is within a healthy walking distance of the Eltham railway station and the Greensborough bus stops nearby.
