Tai Chi Classes for Beginners 2010 |

Beginners are invited to join one of the Celestial Tai Chi College classes at around 20 locations throughout Melbourne and Geelong – just log onto Location & Times to find a suitable venue and time. The dates for beginners are as follows: Term 1: February 1 to February 15 Term 2: March 22 to April 12 Term 3: May 17 to June 14 Term 4: July 12 to July 26 Term 5: August 30 to September 13 Term 6: October 25 to November 8 Free park lessons (from 10am to noon) are offered for those wanting to know more about Tai Chi before attending a formal class and these are at: Central Park, Malvern East (corner Burke and Wattletree Roads) Melway 59 G10 March 13, May 8, June 26, August 21, October 16, December 4 Fairfield Park, Fairfield (corner Heidelberg Road and Fairfield Park Drive) Melway 30 J12 March 21, May 16, July 4, August 29, October 24, December 12 |

This years tour of China is from 16 to 30 September is now fully subscribed. If you are interested in next years tour contact Grand Master Eng Chor Khor.
Several days will be spent in Shanghai to visit the World Expo.You are welcome to bring interested guests on the tour, if you wish, but please book early as preference is given to active students - contact Grand Master Eng Chor Khor on 0412 922 618.

 Complimentary trial lesson The College charges term fees. There are 6 terms per year, lasting 7 weeks. Typically you will train one class per week (with extra classes available beyond beginner levels).
Cost per term: $69 Concession: $59
Concession is available to pensioners, Heathcare cardholders and children under 16 yrs. Payment is by cash or cheque only.

The College has a good collection of books, CD’s, DVD’s, to help you explore and enjoy your Tai Chi journey. There are also Tai Chi weapons and T-shirts available, ask your instructors to order some in for you. |

The Celestial Tai Chi College of Australia was founded in January 1990 by two Chinese Masters, both of whom have credentials from their native Asia. They are Grand Master Eng Chor Khor, J.P. and Senior Master Chin Min Lian. However the roots of the Celestial Tai Chi College can be traced to 1976 when Grand Master Eng Chor Khor began teaching Tai Chi in Australia. |
