Weekly Practice - In Parks at Camberwell and Moonee Ponds |
Tai Chi - Bowen St Gardens Many students who attend a Tai Chi class on a weekly basis, and are either not able to remember the routine or unable to find the time to practice, still find that weekly lessons are most beneficial for their health and well-being. Other students have set aside part of their day to practice as best they can and have found that they are able to keep their aches and pains, both physical and mental, under control. |
